✅Time to set up a Meet & Greet- we will coordinate a day and time that best fits both our schedules

-Please make sure to have extra key available if necessary for your Meet&Greet.

We offer one free curtesy meet & greet. This allows us to get to know your family and daily schedules and make sure we are a good fit
Once you have scheduled your meet & greet please have the following ready and available for your pet care provider
- Keys/code for entry
-Payment/retainer
$15 fee for key pickup/drop off or to reschedule client no show
Once you have contacted us for a Meet N Greet - you will receive a welcome email regarding access to your account.
Which will allow you to add:
-Client Information
- Dates of Service
-Payment options
-pet care instructions
-quotes, invoices
-request dates of service
-receive updates
and so much more
Client Info & Client Portal Account info must be completed before services
Pet-Sitting
50% Retainer required to book.
(Non Refundable)
(Service Dates are not guaranteed until Retainer is made)
Any Cancellations within 24 hours of service, Early End date, Arrival while Pet Care is in progress
Full Payment is still owed (no refunds)
Dog Walking/Let Out fees are due on Date of Service or prior.
